This morning we'll take you from
Flagstaff to Williams where you'll board the historic Grand Canyon Railway.
Each car of this Arizona railroad - which made its maiden voyage in 1901
- has been restored to its original state, and the crew members
all have information to share about the train, it's history and
many journeys. Along the way, you'll travel through open plains
with mountain views, and pine forests while enjoying the
melodies of strolling musicians. You'll ride the train
one-way to the Grand Canyon, where upon your arrival at
approximately 12:15pm, you'll have time to explore the South Rim
of the park at your leisure. Return to Flagstaff at
approximately 5-5:30pm. Meals and
customary guide gratuities not included in tour price.

This is your chance to photograph
the beautiful images of the Navajo Reservation including the
magnificent Antelope slot canyon. Travel by four-wheel drive
with a local guide into Antelope Canyon - a spectacular place
in Arizona sculpted by Mother Nature over the millenia with wind and water.
Shades of red, orange and yellow are reflected from the smooth
sandstone walls and change dramatically throughout the day.
Later, you'll visit Glen Canyon and the Lonely Dell historic
site along with scenic overlooks of Lake Powell and the
Vermillion Cliffs.

Travel to Arizona's Meteor Crater where a
giant meteor impacted the earth and where astronauts trained
for space missions. Afterward, you'll visit the combined
National Parks of Petrified Forest and Painted Desert. Learn
how this giant forest was turned to stone and enjoy views of
the colorful Painted Desert cliffs as they change hue
throughout the day. You’ll also see ancient petroglyphs and
the ruins of prehistoric Native American dwellings.

Experience the wondrous
scenery of Monument Valley Tribal Park on the
Arizona/Utah border. The towering
pinnacles and buttes of this area have been the backdrop for
countless films including classic John Wayne westerns. The
highlight of the day is an up-close tour of the Valley on
board special sightseeing vehicles. You’ll learn about the
Navajo Indian way of life and see traditional dwellings
