Day 1 - Travel through the Sonoran
Desert of Arizona and the red rock country of Sedona, where you'll make a
brief stop. After leaving the red rock country of Sedona, you'll drive
across the Navajo Indian Reservation and make a stop at the historic Cameron
Trading Post for an early lunch and shopping. The tour continues to
the Grand Canyon National Park for a tour along the East Rim Drive and the
Grand Canyon Village area. There will be time for photos and a short
walk at your leisure. Overnight in Flagstaff.
Day 2 - This morning, have an early
breakfast before meeting your guide to travel to the shores of the mighty Colorado River where you'll board
special rafts for a scenic float trip. You'll see towering sandstone cliffs,
ancient petroglyphs and enjoy a tasty lunch (included) on the shore during
this fantastic day. After your float trip, you'll return to the meet your
driver in the late afternoon for your return to the
Phoenix area. Return to Phoenix approximately 8:30 p.m.

Day 1 - You'll first travel to
Montezuma Castle to view some of Arizona's prehistoric ruins and later take an exciting back
country jeep tour in Sedona. You'll have the remainder of the day to explore
Sedona on your own. Overnight in Sedona.
Day 2 - Tour through scenic Oak Creek Canyon this morning on
your way to the Navajo Indian Reservation. Here, you'll make a stop at
the historic Cameron Trading Post for an early lunch and some
shopping. You'll get your first breathtaking views of Grand Canyon
National Park later this morning, with time spent at our favorite
viewpoints at both the east and south rims. The afternoon and evening are free for you to
enjoy the Grand Canyon south rim at your leisure. You'll spend the
next two nights in the Grand Canyon area, so there's lots of time to
explore on your own.
Day 3 - Today your time is spent on a combined helicopter and ground
tour to the unique world of the Havasupai Indians. Your helicopter will fly
you to the bottom of Grand Canyon to an area filled with spectacular
waterfalls and towering cliffs. Enjoy the day with a 2-mile hike (4-miles
round-trip) or an optional horseback ride** out to
the beautiful waterfalls where you can then relax & soak up the inspiring
scenery, swim or do some light
hiking on your own in this hidden area of the Grand Canyon. Later,
you'll fly back to the canyon rim and have the evening free to relax.
(**NOTE: Availability of horses is strictly up to the Havasupai Tribe on
the date of the tour. Open Road Tours & Papillon Grand Canyon
Helicopters are unable to guarantee that horses will be available on the
tour date since they are also used in the day-to-day commerce of the
Havasupai tribe.)
Day 4 - Enjoy your free time this morning and early afternoon with a
visit into the park to take
advantage of the free local shuttle there to additional Grand Canyon
viewpoints on the west rim. Depart the Grand Canyon
area late this afternoon for your return to the Phoenix area, arriving
between 8-9:00 PM.

Day 1 - Arrive in Phoenix, Arizona with airport transportation
to Pointe Hilton at Tapatio Cliffs Resort in time for a sunset hike on North
Mountain. Tapatio is a full service resort with gourmet dining, horseback
riding, golf, tennis, a 3-1/2 acre water park, two pools and full salon and
spa center. Extra nights are available at this lovely mountainside resort.

Day 2 - We'll leave early for the outstanding red rock country of
Sedona. Our first stop is the ancient Native American cliff dwelling
"Montezuma's Castle". Next it's on to the lovely "Chapel of the Holy Cross", an
architectural marvel, for a view of the entire red rock valley. You'll check
into your Sedona hotel in time for lunch. Afternoon will include a
jeep/hiking tour of the Red Rock Rim. You have the evening free to enjoy the
galleries and nightspots of this jewel of the desert. Overnight Sedona.

Day 3 - After breakfast we will pick you up for the trip through beautiful
Oak Creek Canyon before arriving at the Navajo Indian Reservation's
historic Cameron Trading Post for an early lunch & shopping.
Next, it's on to one of the best hiking areas in the world, the Grand Canyon. You will be staying in
a Grand Canyon area hotel (selection depending upon availability). The
afternoon and evening are free to settle in and enjoy the magnificent sunset
over the rim. We will assist you in contacting the Park Services to plan

Day 4 - Enjoy the entire day on your own on a self-guided tour of this natural
wonderland. Take a stroll along the rim or a hike down the famous Bright
Angel trail. You can take a float trip on the river or join the park rangers
for a nature hike. Any way you choose to spend your time, you are sure to
enjoy the awesome splendor of the Grand Canyon. (Optional River float trip
$159.00 + $10.00 fuel surcharge)
Day 5 - Your morning and early afternoon are free to enjoy the park. We will meet you
this afternoon for your return to Pointe Tapatio Resort in Phoenix,
with approximate arrival time between 8-9 PM.
Day 6 - Wake up to another beautiful morning in Arizona with all the
memories of your "Vacation to write home about". Then board your shuttle to
the airport and start planning your next Arizona trip!
